It is often argued that experience rather than innate capacity to handle informations in a certain specific way, must be the factor of overwhelming dominance in determining a specific field of English learning but it is sure that everyone has the cognitive capacity to learn English. Take a head phone that you find interesting or entertaining and choose one episode, listen to that episode every day for a week while you're driving, riding the bus, washing dishes, etc. Pick out words or phrases that are difficult to understand and look them up on the first and second days. After a couple of day, you should be able to listen to these words and understand them. Listen for the difference between yourself and the speaker. If you're already thinking in English , try to speak your thoughts out loud. Read out loud too, practice makes practice and even if you don't have anyone to correct your mistakes, just the act of speaking out loud will help you be more confortable speaking English.
• Use a miror
Whenever you can take few minutes out of your day, stand in front of a miror and speak. Choose a topic, set a timer for two or three minutes and just talk. The point of this excercice is to watch your mouth, face and body language as you speak. It also makes you feel like you're talking to someone, so you can pretend you're having a conversation with a study body. Talk the full two or three minutes. Don't stop! If you get stuck on a word you don't Know, try to express your ideas in a different way. You can always look up how to say that word after two or three minutes end. This will definitely help you find out what kind of words or sentences you have trouble with.
